I am dedicating today's episode to discussing my professional and personal opinions regarding plastic surgery and all that comes with it. I have had women ask me about this over the years and how it relates to mental and physical health.
Self love and self care takes on many different forms for women and I want to unpack how plastic surgery does or does not fit into this. In this episode, I want to open the dialogue on a different type of topic and I hope you find it beneficial and thought provoking.
