Middle-distance runner Jess Hull has had an incredible year. While most of us have been stuck inside during 2020, Jess was off breaking the Australian record in both the 1500m and 5000m. She has qualified for her first Olympics in Tokyo, and is currently a professional athlete with Nike. She has a seriously exciting future ahead of her. Jess shares some amazing insights about how she focuses on what is happening in the here and now, and how she pushes through in moments of wanting to give up.
