Episode description

Australian diver Melissa Wu competed at her first Commonwealth games at just 13 years old, and is looking to compete at her fourth Olympic games in Tokyo, all before the age of 30. When she’s not training and competing, Mel manages her activewear label, owns a gym with her brother, and is coaching the next generation of young Aussie divers. An incredible, humble athlete who has learnt how to deal with the demands of a physically and mentally taxing sport, and who has recognised the importance of family in all aspects of life, Mel shares some great insights into how she has learnt from challenges, such as injury, to help her prepare for success under pressure.
