On this episode of What’s on Your Table, Julie is talking to Jessica Bride, a New Orleans native who is now living in London. Jessica worked in restaurants for nearly 15 years between Louisiana, Florida, New York City and London. She attended the International Culinary Center in New York, is a certified sommelier and is a diploma candidate at the UK's Wine & Spirits Education Trust. She currently lives in Notting Hill, in London, with her English husband and 3 children. Julie and Jessica are talking about life in the UK as an American, food and beverage culture and how Jessica is taking in all the United Kingdom has to offer!
