The Energy Department headquarters is one of 11 federal properties the Trump administration is being urged to sell by the Public Buildings Reform Board, a small independent agency Congress created in 2016. The board and the Biden administration didn't always agree on how to downsize federal real estate, but its members say they're getting full support from the Trump administration.
