Episode 13 Cody Christianson

father of two. Born and raised in Utah. Was married in 2010, divorced in 2015. Went through a custody modification starting September 2018, it ended February 2020. Both before and after the modification we ended with 50/50. In that time there were multiple lies that I had documentation to prove, evaluator acknowledged if roles were reversed I’d be considered a deadbeat dad and lucky to get two weekends a month, I tried settling before that on 50/50 but my ex wouldn’t because she deserved more time because as she said she is the mom. My kids continue to try avoid having to go with her, frequently ask me when they get to live with me again.
