Episode description

In this continuation from previous episodes, November 17th: part 1 and 2 (Episodes #2 and #3), this episode titled, After the Storm: Healing, Learning & Growing , talks about my healing journey after experiencing an extremely challenging season in my life. It was a season of pain, worry, heartbreak, crippling anxiety and depression, and everything in between. A season where unresolved trauma came to a tipping point in my life and mental ill health crept in. A season where I felt like my own body was turning against me. A season that I was not confident I would survive.

I discuss more on how I began to embrace healing, which came with lots of learning and growing. I highlight 7 key actions and/or decisions I made mitigate through this storm in my life and continue to practice daily. I am by no way a medical professional or holistic practitioner,  rather, I created this episode to share my personal experience as many did with me, with the hopes that others can know that they are not alone and healing is possible.
