Although the moves have provided many amazing opportunities and experiences, it's also come with many a setback, including a year-long stint living at home with her parents while being unemployed.
Aditi also has always worked in male-dominated fields, and she shares how her views on gender have evolved into an enlightened outlook that helps her recognize safe and unsafe spaces. Plus, her failures along the way have been her greatest moments of bravery, so she shares the importance of accepting failure and ultimately accepting yourself.
