We've all done it. You can probably think of at least one time when you engaged in workplace gossip. Gossip can make you feel a part of the team- if you're on the "ins" with the gossiper.
Gossip makes the workplace toxic. In episode #42, Carla talks about why we partake in gossip, why it is imperative that gossip not be tolerated in the workplace and how to change the behaviour. It will reduce the toxicity and increase positivity. Who doesn't want more positivity?
