Quick little episode for you as I had nothing to say but a lot of energy to say it.  In this episode I want you to reflect on the previous year of shooting.  Then reset your equipment and mind, then reengage when you head back out for the season.

So really just a mindset lesson, things to reflect on and think about. Combine this with what we spoke about in the last episode with Ted. 

Our mind plays a big part in our shooting, the mind will win you the match or help you lose it in spectacular fashion. So don't overlook the mental side of any sport as it matters.
