Eduardo Ustaran is a partner with Hogan Lovells in London, where he’s co-head of the privacy and cybersecurity practice. He will be part of the CBA Access to Information and Privacy Law Online Symposium.

Timothy Banks  is a technology lawyer in Ottawa, he specializes in information technology and consumer law. He is the Chair of the CBA Privacy and Access Law Section and will co-host the Symposium.
