Preston Parsons was called to the bar in 2011. He’s past Chair of the Young Lawyers Section and was a co-chair of the CBA-BC Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Community, or SOGIC. Nicole Nussbaum is an Osgoode Hall graduate. She’s a past-chair and current member-at-large of the CBA’s SOGIC. She also has more than a decade of experience practicing as an openly trans lawyer.
