Richandra Nickerson-Ukpong is an entrepreneur from Houston, Texas.  After graduating with honors in Psychology and English at the University of Houston, Richandra spent over ten years managing training, events, and communications for global oil and gas companies. She is the founder and owner at Fervent Designs, a multi-award winning full service wedding and event planning and décor company.  A proud mother and wife, Richandra loves people, shopping, fashion, and coordinating events.  As a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., as a member of JFT, Inc., and as President of Tailored Hearts Non-Profit Organization, Richandra spends much of her free time giving back to the community.  She is a people person who gets pure joy out of making people happy.
