Risha Ferdinand has over 14 years work experience in Finance and Accounting and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with the University of Hertfordshire. Risha left the corporate world in 2018 to build her own family legacy. She is the CEO of Strategic Business Management Agency (SBMA), the Co-Founder of Naughty 'n Nice, a Plus Size Lingerie Store and a ABE Lecturer at one of Trinidad and Tobago's leading Tertiary Institutions. At SBMA, they provide Business Management Services for Family Owned Businesses across the Globe. Their services range from Accounting & Book-Keeping, Business Consultancy and Online Business Management.They have two global services i.e Board Meeting and Funnel-Com. Their Mission is to build systems, processes and controls in dysfunctional family owned businesses to ensure they leave a strong legacy for generations to come.
