Elise Clement is a life coach dedicated to women’s wellbeing and personal evolution through motherhood. She supports women who feel challenged by the competing devotions of motherhood and work, in regaining clarity, confidence and the energy they need to trust and value themselves and their choices.
Elise received her coach accreditation from the Human Potential Institute and is also an accredited Mama Rising Facilitator, helping women navigate Matrescence, the transformation they go through when they become a mother. She has a diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and studied Functional Nutrition. She’s got direct experience navigating life’s transitions: she worked in corporate for over 12 years before changing career and is the proud mum of a little girl who is one of her greatest teachers!
