LIza Gardner And Her Allegations Against Diddy

In November 2023, Liza Gardner filed a civil lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs and singer Aaron Hall, accusing both men of violently raping her in 1990 when she was just 16 years old. According to Gardner, she met Combs—then an up-and-coming figure in the music industry—and Hall through a mutual contact at MCA Records. She alleges she was invited to Hall’s apartment under the impression that it was for a social gathering. Instead, Gardner claims that Combs sexually assaulted her in one of the bedrooms, and as she was getting dressed afterward, Aaron Hall entered and raped her as well. The lawsuit details that neither man obtained her consent, and she was physically overpowered and traumatized by the experience. Gardner states she was a virgin at the time and made clear that she was underage.
