Episode description

In Sean "Diddy" Combs' ongoing federal sex trafficking trial, his legal team is framing his past sexual activities with ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura as part of a consensual "swingers lifestyle." During cross-examination, defense attorneys presented text messages and emails between Combs and Ventura, suggesting she willingly participated in the so-called "freak-offs"—drug-fueled group sex encounters involving male escorts. They argued that Ventura's involvement was voluntary and indicative of mutual consent within an unconventional relationship dynamic.

Ventura, however, refuted this portrayal, testifying that she often felt coerced and degraded during these events. She acknowledged the existence of the messages but emphasized that her participation was driven by fear and manipulation, not genuine consent. Ventura described the relationship as controlling and abusive, asserting that Combs used his power and influence to dominate her actions and decisions. The prosecution supports Ventura's claims, alleging that Combs orchestrated these encounters as part of a broader pattern of exploitation and abuse.
