Kenneth Ellenbogen, MD, FHRS, is a Professor of Medicine and Chair of the Division of Cardiology at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. Hugh Calkins, MD, is a Professor of Medicine and Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory and Arrhythmia Service at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
