Kerry man Tommy Heffernan, also known as Tommy the Vet, is a veterinary consultant based in Wicklow and he joins Cathal Somers and Deirdre Glynn on the latest episode of the Environment Edge podcast to talk about water quality, the sometimes forgotten nutrient.
