Sam Himmelstein was one of the very first guests on the show. He a founding partner of Himmelstein, McConnell, Gribben, Donoghue & Joseph LLP and has made a career of supporting tenants rights. The current situation in NYC is right up his alley.

Damon Johnson, President of DJ Realty Solutions, was one of my first guests once quarantine set in and we had to go fully remote. He's a veteran of the Detroit real estate market & Senior Home Ownership Executive at M-1 Realty, and he's going to discuss the "wild" (his words!) housing market.
