On today’s episode of The Engineer-ish, the Martins have a debate about the rules of eating cereal. On a more serious note, they discuss difficult conversations that are inevitable in professional spaces and the impacts of avoiding vs. facing them head on. Keeping in mind what they’ve learned from the book Crucial Conversations, they think back on their approach and what should have been done differently.
