Heart of a Follower: Physically

“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” As followers of Christ we can think the only part of ourselves that we are supposed to take care of is our spirit. Although it can be true we should remember that taking care of ourselves physically is important as well. Paul also tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and we should aim to treat it as such. Many of us may ask, how can we prepare our bodies to be Holy and acceptable to God?
