This guided meditation led by Mikey Star is designed to charge each chakra by visualizing the colors associated with the seven chakras. Each time you practice charging your chakras, you will gain a greater awareness of the health of each chakra. Take note of any color that you can not visualize, for this inability suggests that the color associated with that chakra may be out of balance. Once you can successfully visualize each color, your chakra system will be open and balanced. As you are working toward balance, be kind and loving to yourself, and know that love cures all things.
