Creating a brand new book and storyline

Sometimes we run harmful narratives in our mind that hold us back from creating a fuller happiness. Its uncomfortable to do the work to heal and re-write those narratives but its so worth the effort! I open up about some narratives and experiences that have shaped me in the last couple months. I share an exclusive piano piece I composed that I dedicate to people who are looking to create their new story and to the man I fell in love with.
