New filings with 8 Passangers, Ruby Franke and the Jodi Hildebrandt case. The prosecution is asking for a waiver of the preliminary hearing. 

A month ago, Charlie Adelson was convicted for the murder of Dan Markel, along with the conspiracy to commit the murder and for soliciting the murder.

Donna Adelson, Charlie's mother, was arrested at Miami International Airport before boarding a one-way flight to Vietnam. Donna spoke with Charlie in a recorded jailhouse call, stating her reason for going to Vietnam was because she thought they did not extradite criminals back to the USA.
