Episode description

For many of my clients, their end goal is to help more people than they can with one- on-one clients, by creating a leveraged revenue stream in their business in the form of an online program.

However! What often happens, is that they skip ahead before their business is ready by creating and launching an online program, without having demand for it.

This can leave them without solid revenue (or any revenue at all) coming into the business, and a lot of unneeded stress in trying to sell something that their business - and audience - isn’t ready for just yet.

In this episode, I discuss the order of building a business that I recommend to my clients and why; the key benefits of working with clients before launching a program; and how important it is to create offerings based on demand from our audience.
