Episode description

Welcome to the EMCC UK podcast, and welcome to this third and final episode in the Team Coaching series.

In this episode, our host, executive, leadership & team coach and chartered occupational and coaching psychologist Anna Springett chats to Rachael Hanley-Browne about her research into endings in team coaching.

Rachael specialises in executive, board, and team coaching, she is also a supervisor. Her clients are typically subject matter experts or specialists who have moved into an enterprise leadership role. Particularly in the tech and engineering sectors, often PE backed.

She has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice (2020) from Oxford Brookes and her study in team coaching was published in the International Journal for Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring in 2021 .

During this fascinating discussion we hear the key findings from Rachael's research into endings in team coaching, the importance of quality contracting with your client,
the importance for team coaching practitioners of understanding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and belonging (DEIB), governance, risk, and other organisational structures and processes, when working as a team coach.

We hope you enjoy this one. Remember to subscribe where ever you get your podcasts, so you don’t miss a future episode.
