On this episode I talk about being patient. In our modern age many of us live in a state of instant gratification, which in turn has cultivated a society with very little patience. Being on a healing journey or in the beginning phase of a spiritual awakening having patient is of the utmost importance. We must learn to have patience with our own process and patience with others as well. Where can you cultivate a little more patience in your life?
