Oh yeah, I mean it was huge. That's the that's the type of football team we have to be. We want to be successful team, and that we were all last year. Startup fast, early, always got up one teams, UM, And that's what our team is meant to play. That's how we're supposed to play as a team. Get them to get a lead on offense and let our defensive line get after the quarterback. UM. Don't have a ton of uhe where they're allowed to be fifty fifty in the run game. UM. Picking more of a passing game
for the other team. And that's where we're at our best. And we started fast. Credit to the defense. We're getting us the ball our back early, UM, and Carson made heck and played to Alshan And that's what we need in the red zone. UM. Alice on myself, we gotta be big down there in the quarter tonight, didn't feel anything. Yeah, huge, I mean that's the type of team we think we can be, a team that could be dominant and author of phases. I thought it was a really good one
for us. We needed that, especially going into a little bit of a break. It's definitely better to be in this spot and if we were to lose that game. Um, it was honestly pretty much it was a It was a huge game block for a long term for us. We were tune four right now with the Matagal battle for Grand three. We got the most season. Did you when you're a pession on catch just a preesta? Yeah, you did call outside? Did you feel like that was a year are? Um, That's a play we've had for
a long time. Player, we've wrapped a long time. We just haven't been able to call it in that situation. It's a play specific, yard line specific cash and we finally got a call. Um. With the matchup was the zone. They didn't really have to move or account for the ship. Um. But I mean it was a great play called. Carson made a great play. Um. I thought I ran a good route, Um, and I was happy we gotta call it exact. What is al Shan's returnment for you yet?
I mean it's huge anytime we're in the red zone. He's a guy that defenses has some account boarder. Um, we're a team win. All three of myself and uh Nelson and al Shan are all playing well. We're a team that defense has really had to pick Wood, we're gonna try and stop um. And there's gonna be a different guys every week, and we're just know one. As I've said, if they only get two catches one week and ten catches in the next week, we just want to win. I think that's what's very unique about our
group is that we're very selfless. Um. There's a lot of groups that are very selfish and only care about themselves. But our group, all we care about is winning. Is one of the first big tests in this How do you think that? Yeah, when we're close, we're close all seaton long. It's not like we're getting blown out by any means. We're close. Um. We just worked to standing it for all four pointers. Um. And so hopefully this
one sparks us for the rest of it here. Obviously we're gonna look at film and learn how we can be better even um. But this is something that hopefully we can build some wins both. What does alshaw give you to some personage attitude stupid and split a year? What does But it seems like one's Gay's confidence. If he brings a sense of confidence to our offense, See, he allows us to kind of have an ability that no matter what, we're gonna go there and make place.
He kind of has that demeanor about him, UM in his freaking view as well, which helps. UM. The guy goes up and makes players on the football UM as good as anyone in this league. And I love happening him out there because teams got to pick who are gonna try and stop, and they're trying to stop me, Damndelli are gonna be one on one trying to stop Alshan. Then I get my hands to go um. So we got a really good group of guys, and I love where we're at right now.
