Yeah, not very disappointing. We couldn't get anything started. Um, I don't think the running backs even really had time to assess if there was a whole too much penetration up front, too many guys in the backfield more what they were doing defensively or now. I think they did the same thing they normally do. We just didn't block them, you know, that was that wasn't a very difficult scheme. They were in four down linemen, two linebackers. It wasn't
they didn't have extra guys in the box. We we just could not block the defensive line to the tonight. We didn't over the first two years, going from the shotgun to under center. I just don't think. I thought our defense plaid outstanding today, and I don't think the offense did anything, especially in the run game where we could compliment what our defense was doing. I've talked to Jelly Jason in terms exactly what happened, but um, we didn't have a cadence in the ball with snap, So you can evaluate everything that includes it includes everybody, coaches, everybody. I think it's connected to separation problems for the receivers and the running back to soon now, I mean penetration with a three technique doesn't have anything to do with the receiver going down the field. It's got to do
with not blocking the three technique. I let you evaluate Sam's performance today, you know in the end zone. Yeah, I'm sure he probably probably wants that one back, you know, I don't. you gotta be ready to go. And then obviously losing Kiko and then Michael, Um, you know, besides that one past play to Randall, I thought, I thought he did a nice job in the past year when you faced this kind of problem or it's an execution and coach, what do you rely on trying to get You know, we were here two years ago to the house with it. We lost seventeen to three to the Cowboys, and then we lost fifteen to seven to the Giants, and then
we went seven and one down the stretch. I just think, you know, we kind of got back to basics, and uh, it's still a fundamental football game and we'll evaluate everything. But we evaluated everything then and fortunately for us, we straightened things out. But again, if we if we can't run the football. We're not gonna win many football games. It's a quarterback shot down. You're down to your third string quarterback, this your starting quarterback, and you're starting offense.
You're still having these problems. Yeah, we still have to make an evaluation of everything. I mean, I don't think Sam has anything to do with blocking a three technique that's in the backfield. So that it's more concerning now because it's now, it's not more concerning than it wasn't more concerning two years ago. Doesn't really matter. We've been there and we understand that, but we still have to
