We do and not about making saying we just missed an opportunity and won a football game. You know, and the self inflicted wounds, you know, the drops, the penalties. We had two procedural penalties, you know, we had to drive going them. We get a hold, um, you know, we haven't pinned down inside uh a real good punt, haven't pinned down

inside of the twenty. But then we got a penalty on the on the punt with unnecessary penalty on the punt, you know, And you can't do that against a good football team like Carolina, then expect to beat him, you know. So you look at the drive, I look at the drops and the penalties. Right now, we've got to clean up the third Now lay to Josh. Josh help on the spin picks. It was a screen that wasn't a swing a screen, So when we missed the block at the point of attack, we knew they were gonna be

a man coverage. If we get the first guy block, then we're bringing a couple of guys to block the guys that are covering Josh. So it wasn't the best play because then we've been next kid. So how frustrating arty starts for you and others start first half? Yeah, again, like I said, we I go back to the drops and the penalties, I think other things that we have to clean up before we're gonna be a sucessful football team. it seems like a lot of different guys. I think there's again, there are a lot of different guys, so it's not just one guy. You can say, hey, this is the reason it's happening, and there's Yeah, they're shared across the board. So because the few turnovers today, three turners today and not be able to looking for them as many kinds of touch, Yeah, we ended up and

We talk about response after turnover, and we ended up kicking two field goals instead of um A defense did a good job of creating turnovers for us, but we got to turn those into seven not three. You might really want past he was being mart at all. Yeah, that's what they said when I was on the field, and I don't know anything else besides that. I mean, I do think you all have a lot up. I thought they were okay, you know, there's a obviously at the end I gave up, you know,

critical when we're throwing it. That's when two of those sacks came. But I thought they battled, um, But I think some of the things that burned us up in the old line is procedural penalties. Were got to get those taken care of. One of the times the guard missed on the tap. Lanes go off of the tap, but the guard missed lane, saw move. Thanks, the ball is going to be snapped, but we didn't hit the center, so center as it snapped the ball. So I thought Sam did a nice job. I thought he threw the

ball well. I thought he put the ball on people. We just got to catch it and help him out. Went on. Yeah, there was no yeah, and we needed points, you know, So you know at that point in time, you know, I wasn't thinking about punting it and pinning him down there and just he can hit from that distance. He just I mean it's a little bit on the edge. Um, you know, he hit one miss one, So okay, we

still the same situation, feel better, better conditions. I thought it was a really nice field today, no wind um, there was a little committed in the air. He kicked the ball really well and warm ups so we felt like you know, in talking to fit, he felt comfortable with it, so I felt comfortable with it. Did do better against the run game, Yeah, we didn't. We didn't do a good job against the run game. I thought

that's one of the strengths of this defense. But we didn't do a good job and holding up against the run game. We knew the end of the game. They led the National Football League with thirty two lush attempts a game, and I think they had thirty three tonight. Um. You know, in a couple of the draw, that slide draw to Jonathan Early, you know for the big game hurt us and the reverse hurt us. Um, you know, those are two big ones that I think add to

the statistics. But they we have to have contain on those plays and we got to be in our right gaps, in the right fit. So now I mean the reverse, but I mean we just gotta stay home on the backside. You know, we're not gonna be playing the front side it. But um, I think that was the only play that we hadn't seen going in. But I mean, everybody usually has a reverse in their offense. You can kind of

another to consider challenging on that play. Yeah, they told me when I asked them that that there was no they never saw the ball out and that when they got to the bottom of the pile that both players had the ball, so it was dual possession. It wasn't our guy had it at the end, but they had already told him he was down and that it was it was Carolina ball, So there was no way. You know, I'm talking to the officials, they said that there was

a way that was going to be overturned. And again on that one, I didn't I want her to whistle them. You know, it was just kind of a scrumb pile and I don't know if wist it was blowing, but we couldn't hear him from our sideline, so you couldn't tell when the momentum was stopped, you know. They said the momentum was stopped, and then that becomes I don't know if you can get that, And then from the people we had upstairs, they couldn't tell either. So like a couple drops on a little no, I mean, I

haven't found that in the past. I think hopefully some guys can step up and make a play after that, you know, I know they happened in a game. Obviously, everybody makes mistakes, so um, and I don't think it's a contagious thing, some good things, but she hasn't really or whatever they needed to. Yeah, it's something that it's you know, not really the momentum. We just gotta we gotta stop them. We gotta be better on that, on that, on that first the first time in the Giants came.

Obviously we settled down after that, and the first time tonight, you know we I thought they settled down a little bit after that, but I think obviously we gotta we had to come out of gates better playing, ready to play more better than that. I have to look at the film. I just know. I know it from my advantage point. I didn't really know what hit him in the hands, but I don't know if he would have been down in bounds or not, so I can't tell you that this or no, you see there. I thought

the ball hit him in the hands. I was on the far sideline, so I don't know exactly where if his feet were going to be in or anything, but I thought it was a pretty good throw. By saying I think it's funnymental since I s to the tuck, I mean making sure we securely secure the catch, you know, before we're trying to run. I mean, there's a lot of different things to it, but it's just something you have to work on. It's no different than missing a
