Yeah, it's all it's all kind of part of that, you know, it's all kind of getting used to the routine of a game and everything. And obviously I don't know how much I'll play and how it'll all unfold, but um, I think we're all just excited to go up against somebody else. You see some of the young guys finally get that the first live action Um going to Lambo. That'll be pretty cool as well. So so

we're excited for it. Years there's somebody you're lead for four Yeah, obviously things are a little different this year, but yeah, you don't want to get it. We'll hit out there, but just talk about that full speed game action. How much that kind of helps ere for you can do it for a couple of weeks. Yeah, I'm excited for it, you know, I love you know, obviously out here we're wearing red jerseys. You can't get hit. So um to finally just get that live action, kind of

get used to it again. Um before week one comes around. It'll be good for for me and for everybody. What's that yourself? Just a little it was a from a snap. We're good, Yeah, yeah, we're good persons speculating you won't play off Thursday? Would you rather be there? Do you think you're good? Have seen this trend out? Were more of the top quarterbacks maybe, don't lady for Yeah, I guess I don't really know. Obviously I'm new to this, but um, I want to play, you know, obviously I

want to play. So that'll be the coach's decision is how much and everything. But I'm excited just to finally get out there, to go to Lambeau, UM and have some live some live action. You give us the preseason pretty much all appreciated the last year year and you had you know, he came in. It's almost like you didn't miss the pre season. How much of these games drew to me? I think they're They're a big part

of just development, you know. I think obviously last year UM as rookies, you know, to finally get that live action, get some kind of NFL opportunities. Um, I think it's big. Obviously I missed a lot of it last year. But I'm just for everybody to kind of get back in the swing of things, get used to the contact, get used to the routine, like we talked about earlier. UM, I think it's it's just a big part of it.

Your offensive line is when you gethers the fall, the summer out right into the games of change with random and however, I think the good thing about what we did this offseason we got some depth. You know, we us some depth upfront, and so um, whoever it is that'll step up on on Thursday nights, you know, I know they'll be ready, and I know we're confident who can step up. And I think we're also confident that

Brandon will be ready um in time. Up Well, Brett far Fan, what do you anticipate a feeling up playing a Lambo field that I'm excited for it. You know, obviously I grew up a far Fan, followed the Vikings a lot and never been to Lambo. So um, it'll be cool, a cool atmosphere. Um. You know for some of these rookies, it's we're talking to Dan Evans like, Hey, your first ever game action you're gonna be a Lambo field. That's pretty cool. So I'm excited to go up there

and check it out as well. The closest you're getting the North Dakota all season or are you having family and friends come out for these people? I don't think so. I don't think so. Most of them full fly out for most of these home games and stuff, and uh yeah, I don't think we'll have many family and friends there feeling out in process. Anytime you have a new coach, I'm curious now that you're a year in with what

you found. Um, you know, how it's been with him, and what you found sticks out most about It's been great. You know. I think the biggest thing is he's a player's coach. You know, you want to play for him. Um. He understands from our position, you know, obviously as a quarterback, which just as a player. You know, he was a former player, so he's been through it. Um, so he knows when to to kind of crank it up, when to tone it back. Um. And so he's he's definitely

a player's coach. And then him and I, Um, I mean we meet up all the time and just talk about plays, concepts, different things, and um, we just have a really good relationship that's just been growing, you know ever since last year. How import is that to you? Yeah, definitely there's some you know, obviously there's a little give and take with that. Um, just like with any any

quarterback any coach. So, um, that's definitely something that we're continually working through, talking through and where where is the right time to kind of take that freedom when when is it all right just just run the play that's called and no one when to when to take your chances and stuff. So um, but it's been good. We've been on the same page for the most part today with el Sean on the field behind us, and also we saw Nelson enjoying on the field to see how

about the fighters were good. Yeah, these guys look good. You know, they look good. Um, I know we talked about it last week with just the competition, competition that you know, bringing in Alshan and Tory Um, coach grow has done a great job really um igniting some competition there as well. So um, bringing in those veteran guys has really just ignited everybody to just compete their tails off and and everyone realizes nothing's guaranteed. You got to

earn it. And so the competition has been great and everybody's gotten gotten better from it. Is your warm up stretching, stretching your team than what you previously did. Um, it's different, but I mean I always had a warm up I always took you know, ten fifteen minutes before I ever threw um. It's kind of just something I've always done. You seek more stretch, stretching so you don't have to throw because it simulates throwing UM said um, I get. The biggest thing is just a lot of people think

you you warm up by throwing. You know, you got to warm up your your shoulder, your elbow, everything before you throw. UM. You know, hopefully be playing this game for a long time, so I'm gonna do everything I can do to keep my arm um in good shape all the time. It seems like a lot of the quarterbacks that haven't taken that approach, it's like when they're a little older. Do you think there'll be an added benefit the fact that you're doing it now at the

age of twelve twenty four? I hope, so hopefully that's kind of the goal for sure. Every season last year before the injury had a different context for you than it does this year. So so in in these three games you'll play, what do you hope to get out of a little bit? I think just get out there with with the kind of new faces in the huddle, you know, some different guys and UM just get used to each other and get us to these game game situations.

I think situational football is a big part of UM just a big part of the NFL, you know, and being smart and in those situations. So I think that'll be big for us to get those game like situations, UM and kind of just get ready for for Week one. La Garrett had its back. Getting used to something as simple as to handle it's been good, you know, it's been good obviously sometimes turn around and handing it to La Garrett and then handing it to Darren UM a

little different sizes and everything there. But UM, I love both those guys and getting La Garrett back obviously when when he was away, I'm getting him back. It's been good to just kind of get back on the same page with him. Top this quarterback and you've been up against the gamp so far. You know, I don't really pay a ton of attention to those guys, UM specifically. You know, I'm just really focused on our receivers and everything.

So I'm not going to really go in depth on that obviously breath that I haven't followed it too much, honestly, UM, I know there's a lot out there and um, I try to not think about it too much and just just play this game. And UM, yeah, I don't. I don't have a ton to comment on that. He's he's a live pass rush And is that beneficial for you after after two weeks in the right jersey or is it a concern because of fat risk? No, I don't

think it's a concern. You know, if you're scared to get hurt, you wouldn't play this game, you know, ultimately, But I think the live pass rush will be good, Um, to go out there and start feeling some things. You know. Obviously, in practice you try and make a game like you try and react in the way you would, but um, when when your live things are a little different. So

I think it'll be good for me. How would you valuate we're kind of done the training camp, or at least up to the three prec how would you valuate how you performed over the last time. I thought it was okay, you know, I thought, um, just as an offense as a whole. I thought we'd you know, every day, one day we were up here, next day we're kind

of down here. Um, that's kind of training camp, that's kind of how it is, and I would say myself personally was I was kind of similar, you know, and you want to be consistent, but that's training camp to some extent. So um, overall, I thought we we got better throughout camp. And obviously we're not done yet either. We still got a couple more weeks. Um, but you know,

I think I think we've done some good things. I think it's going to call out of vand today one on one coverages to test the cornerbacks is the equivalent for for the offense where you can kind of book outs in situations to test that. Um, I guess I don't know. You might have to ask coach Peterson that one, but um, maybe to some extent, but um, yeah, I don't know. We thought able to focus on professional football expose of what you're going through last year. Did you adjust, um,

the way that you trained at all? And haven't found any benefits as a result A little bit, you know, a little bit. UM just kind of did some different things in the weight rooms, some different things um out on the field, and I've definitely seen some some benefit from that. I feel I feel more refreshed, you know. I was I was smart with taking the time off, you know, doing extra recovery things and those types of things. Um,

and so just taking some different approaches. You know, I sought out a lot of guidance from from older guys, from kind of everybody in the business, from my agents, from people in my agency to kind of just find the best thing that would be best for me. Um individualized for me as far as workouts and everything. So I definitely feel like it helped them as receiver kind of think. Yeah. I mean having a guy like Darren Um just creates a lot of mismatches. You know, we

saw it last year over and over again. We'd flex him out in an empty set and he'd be on a I'm backer. You know, that's a mismatch. Will take that all day long. And I think pump Frey can do very similar things. You know, he's a very natural pass catcher can Um. Obviously he's been hurting a little bit so unfortunately he's missed some reps. But um, yeah, I think he can create some mismatches similar to Darren just you want him getting before last year, but him

preting getting the other receivers. Guy walking toward Yeah, Jame has been great, you know, obviously missing some time in the spring a little bit. Um was tough tough on him. You know, he wanted to be out there competing, because that's the kind of guy he is. But he's been great. You know, I love that guy, and UM, he's definitely

back out here competing his tail off. And UM, I don't want to say he's a leader in there, because there's a bunch of leaders in that room, but he's a guy that a lot of the younger guys look up to and respect, and UM, you know, I just love playing with that guy. Right cool, Thanks guys,
