Episode description

The faces and voices of the fight for racial justice in the United States today span no less than three generations. Those that witnessed the Civil Rights movement in 1960s protest alongside those who have just come of age during the 21st century. Reporter Massarah Mikati sought out the leaders of the Capital Region's movement, and listened to their stories. Also on this episode, Times Union editorial editor Jay Jochnowitz talks about how the editorial board decided which candidate to endorse in the contentious primary race for Albany County district attorney.
