Episode description
This episode focuses on my most recent stay in a psychiatric ward. During my admission a complete medication overhaul was undertaken, and a lot of time was spent analysing my behaviours and discovering parts of the self which need to be worked on. The ship has turned around and is back on course, but in order to keep moving forward there is a lot more to do. This admission is only one part of this ever developing story.
