In today's episode it is all about breaking free of the comfort zone. Or in my case, going for a run. Sounds simple right? Well for me and many others, it isn't. I breakdown how my mental illnesses try to play tricks on me keeping me stranded in the "comfort zone". Often they win the battle, but not today. Today I am happy to say, I went for a run!
