Kevin McShan is the host of the "Let's Have This Conversation" Podcast, a journalist, and an accomplished disability rights advocate. He has been instrumental in such organizations as the WEareAble Project, the Discover Ability Network in the region of Windsor-Essex, Canada, Assisted Living, as well as working closely with the Ontario Government on creating more employment opportunities for those living with disabilities. He is the recipient of the 2012 Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal and the 2015 Influential Advocates Award while also launching his own business venture in 2013, Mobilizing Media Innovations.
