When the Holidays are Hard

Life can be hard, but when that hard happens during the Christmas season, the hard can feel magnified. Sometimes we just need permission to be ok with the fact that certain expectations are simply not going to be met.

Stepping back and looking at the grand scheme of things can often help us gain a little more perspective.
