A couple of games last night, we saw the Minnesota Timberwolves advance to the Western Conference Finals for the second straight year. Minnesota is one of those cities a little bit like Salt Lake, where it's kind of been long suffering waiting for a team to win a championship. And obviously they have Pro football and Pro baseball, but I think it was the ringer that sent out the stat Minnesota.

I love Tatum, He's a great player.

Boston looks connected still, Golden State looks lost without Stephen Curry. And I don't know what the deal was this series with Jimmy Butler, who just never was fully engaged and never fully got involved. He's a former Timberwolf. He got booed every time he touched the ball. I don't know if that dissuaded him from being a dominant offensive player

They were the only two Warriors. They were even kind of aggressive.

Moses Moody gave them some good, good minutes, you know, in the fourth quarter off the bench, but the game was essentially over by then. Draymond was okay. Defensively, he was who he usually is. But this is to me, this loss really is something you look at with Jimmy Butler and like, dude, where were you of eleven?

And Minnesota, as we've talked about, has a ton of big, physical wings that are two way guys that.

But my bigger takeaway is are we done watching Stephen Curry play basketball in the spring late into the spring. Will we ever see another long Steph Curry run in NBA playoff basketball. I would not do that with a generational player like Nicola Jokic, but it would be difficult for Denver to win the next two games to send

I mean, all of the old guard that we become accustomed to watching dominate the NBA this time of year, they're all done, most of them at least, and we could see a couple of them go home as well.

And it's not like ant is new on the scene, but it does feel like Minnesota has something that maybe nobody was given them a lot of credit for. I will give I think it was McMahon.
