About the Guest Ashley Olafsen
Ashley Olafsen is passionate about self esteem, body image, media, mental health, and more. She has created numerous self confidence empowerment workshops to girls all over New England. Furthermore, she co directs a summer program for her company MOVE. She has spoken at TEDx Burlington, MASSCue, and CoSN. Additionally, she has spent the three years writing a book and it will be published within two months. She also sends out a weekly newsletter and creates YouTube videos. Finally, she is a member of the inaugural class of the Global Youth Advisory
