The Boston Celtics suspend their black head coach for sleeping with a colleague - right or wrong?

Today, my therapist/professor wife and I had a conversation about the recent suspension of Boston Celtics Coach Ime Udoka, who happens to be engaged to actress Nia Long. Udoka was suspended from his multi-million dollar position as head coach of The Boston Celtics after sleeping with a co-worker. We had an interesting discussion about the economic peril of workplace relationships and you can join us here.
