Method Man won't tour with Wutang Clan because he has options

The rapper Method Man is legendary, largely due to the extraordinary work he did with a group called "The Wu Tang Clan."  I took a moment to address some deep and interesting remarks that Method Man (aka Clifford Smith) made on social media regarding why he's chosen not to tour with the group any longer. 

In the brief discussion, Meth simply says, "I have options."  This statement got my attention not only as a person who teaches Stock Options on a regular basis, but also because as black people consistently seeking freedom, it's important for us to understand why the word "options" is so critically important in our quest for freedom.
