We discuss the fact that there are corporate and political interests that make money from keeping the public as unhealthy as possible and how you can fight back through self empowerment.
There are two types of black people: Those who want solutions and those who want symbolism. I am in the solutions category, as I find myself deeply disturbed that we are complaining about the very same things that Malcolm X complained about over 60 years ago. This ridiculous repetitive cycle of victimization and falling behind disturbs me enough that I want to at least create a permanent record for those who want to do something different. China has been booming economically, right as the rest of the world is shutting down. Why is that? It's due to a culture of economic strength, in which they continue moving forward, even in the midst of fear. SNL did a skit in which they falsely assumed that the rapper Ice Cube endorsed Donald Trump along with Lil Wayne. They also reduced Ice Cube's call for reparations for African Americans to him simply being a rich rapper who has forgotten his roots. The 2020 election is set to finish with $14 billion in spending, smashing records as Trump and Biden battle for the White House. The sum will be more than double of what was spent in the 2016 election. By Election Day, the presidential campaign is expected to end up seeing $6.6 billion in total spending, while congressional races are anticipated to finish with just over $7 billion.
