It's like, let's talk Heisman, you know, like some things you care about them then they get announced you all right, But the whole Dak MVP thing is sort of fun to talk about and dream about, and part of winning that sort of thing you need to get the conversation started, you know, And it has started. He is in the conversation absolutely, and like even after the game, they were saying that is a MVP candidate performance, Like they're all saying it, the
crowd's chanting it. And when he went and talked to the crew on Amazon Prime after the game, you know, it came up. And I don't know, just seeing him talk like I almost like Dak more than ever right now. And I don't know if it's because he's winning, so yay, he's playing incredibly well and there's no question that that actually a good dude.
And I like when good things happen to good people. And the whole Dak's story is incredible of coming out of this trailer park in Louisiana and making it to where he is, and you know, being in a later draft or a middle round draft pick, and just having this level of success and improving and now being like this self actualized version of Deck. Now, yes, you've got to beat the Eagles next week and blah blah, and I get it. And if you start losing games that you should win or people think
you should win, the whole conversation will remain exactly the same. So, fine, you beat a bunch of bad teams and one that's one game over five hundred, Now five hundred, we don't need to be hanging banners just yet. But someone feels different. Well, first of all, is there something to that element of everyone who does this job get kept being the Cowboys
quarterback? We'll have a significant amount of haters to stick it to. I feel like there's something there that makes you just go, I'd be nice, because every little tiny thing you do wrong just gets blown out of proportion and it's not even close to being equal to all the little, tiny things or big things you do. Great, Yeah, but I do agree with you. He looks like he's cooking and but he did. He was last year too, and people were talking about interceptions. But yeah, dude, the
interception thing is such an anomaly. Okay, he's always been, uh well not always. In the first couple of years he was, they they wouldn't really take the training wheels off too much with him. I'm not saying he didn't throw the ball down the field of all. He did, but they were really trying to protect him as a fourth round rookie quarterback who was supposed
to be the third stringer going into that year. But he has been an aggressive quarterback for five years now, and I don't know if the world saw him that way. And then the one time that his interception number jumps up, everyone numbers and screams interceptions, no freak out and he counch freaked out about it. Yeah, but then to act like that is who he is as a QB that throws a ton of interceptions because he's not. He's not Josh Allen. Is that we have evidence of that. We have multiple years
of that, and he's on every list of MVP candidates every year. Yeah, do you know, I just looked it up. Do you know how many MVPs the Cowboys have throughout their history? So one MVP nineteen ninety three EMMITTT Smith running back Dallas Cowboy Troy never did huh the list is complete, that is it? That's the only holy cow well not yeah, wow, that's to me.
