He faces a charge of assault of a pregnant person, which is
punishable emn two to ten years in prison. So this is Wednesday morning at eleven forty five, Please responded to a house or or an apartment off Harwood and they're calling it a major disturbance call. And he left the location before the officers got there. The victim was treated for minor injuries. The arrest warrant says that he and the woman have been in a romantic relationship for seven years. She told officers that she was six weeks pregnant. Is that about
the time? You know? When do you know you're pregnant? Girl? Two weeks, three weeks, four weeks. She's like, well, we need a girl to answer this. You were a girl, is all I met? I mean, I just never been called that, like when somebody trying to get my tam. Yeah, that's about right. Six you have we have our monthly visit every four weeks, So yeah, once your visit doesn't show up after a few weeks, you start to question what's going on. So that's about right, I said. Birth control blurred that up a
little bit though. For the most part, birth control, if you're what they say irregular, meaning that you're not consistently having your monthly like consistently scheduled every month at the same time, sometimes birth control can kind of control that
and it helps regulate you. So if I'm expecting the twenty fourth and we are in like the next month, like the beginning of the next month seven days past, we'll start to question, yeah, and do you go and then now two weeks ago about you're like, oh, and then you find hey, yeah, you're six weeks pregnant. Do you think I'm asking about your personal life? But every time you're late on that thing, are you like, oh my god, yeah, I'm pregnant? I mean, is
that what you have? I mean that what if anything comes to mind lines up? I suppose absolutely, that's the first thing that's gonna pop your mind, Like, oh you lego, like literally that's what happens. You're just like, oh so that is around Yeah, so it's about right, six weeks pregnant, give or take could be when you go and get the pp test. Yeah, just about because if yeah, you go two weeks past, yeah, you're you gotta do Yeah, you gotta take a test.

with the scarlet letter. The second allegation comes up, absolutely, let's I don't know. Now, there are specifics in this story that are not great. This is where this one's different. But that said, maybe because he's from Dallas, or you know what, maybe it's because of his face. I always really like von Miller. Yeah, it might because the clothing. He's very stylish and he wears some very he closed. I was just consider him a very likable guy. He's eloquent, when he's on microphones. He's
from Dallas. I'm like, this is a dude. I like, I went to school with him, brother played football with him. Okay, and I mean no, he does a lot for his community. Obviously back there were kids, so he knew he was going to college. But like I've heard, he's a really good guy and he does a lot for De Soto in the community. He has his own Von Miller Day, but he comes back and he does put in the work in the community here in Dallas. Okay, that is good, but that doesn't absolve you of any of this
other stuff. And on a personal level, he was super cocky from what I'm I'm not my brother and ask he would know him because he actually my brother was behind him. Oh really Yeah, he was a defensive end at the time. They're both seniors. And then they moved him the linebacker and they moved my brother to defensive end. And yeah, my brother would yeah, yeah, to be right behind von Miller on the depth chart. He he might have been one of the best football Your brother might have been one
of the best football players on planet Earth. Think about the guy that was behind me. He can't help but be behind Von Miller. Yeah, what do you do? He was crazy. I remember watching him play Von Miller. Yeah, he was crazy. Was he just defensive end and sex? Yeah? April twenty eighteen, while on a guided fishing tour off the coast of Florida, he illegally landed and improperly caught a hammerhead show illegally you know what, off with his head? The reason I think this is different it is because there's an element of evidence here that is well,
it could be dangerous, so here we go. The argument allegedly started over upcoming travel plans, probably when I'm going back to Buffalo and the main bedroom of their apartment. The woman then went into their home office and slammed the door, which made Viller visibly von Miller visibly angry, and this is according to her telling the police. Then Miller then walked into the office and yelled at the woman to get out. The woman tried to comply, but
wanted time to retrieve her belongings, like her laptop and her phones. Said phones, you only need one phone, people, just as she was grabbing them, the affidavits. As Miller shoved and pushed her, the woman repeatedly yelled stop, I'm pregnant, which could have been breaking news to him. I don't know. Von Miller continued to push the woman as he stepped on her feet, which caused her to fall back into a chair. He then put a hand on her neck and applied pressure for three to five seconds,
and she continued to try together her belongings. Von Miller grabbed her phone, threw her laptop on the floor, and stomped on it. According to the affidavit not, according to me, got it. As she tried to pick up her laptop, Von Miller yanked her hair, pulling a chunk of it out and causing her to collapse. She got up and began to record von Miller on her phone, but she put in her pocket. The affidavit says Miller once again grabbed the woman, pushed her onto a couch, wrapped both
of his hands around her neck, and applied pressure. Only two more paragraphs left Mike. The woman told von Miller she was calling the police, and then he left. So then police got there. They saw her a breaks on her left hand, They saw the bruising on her abdomen, They saw her left bicet that had a bruise on it. They saw their neck was consistent with applied pressure, because you know they'd get there soon after it happened.
The woman shared place a recording on her phone where Miller could be heard in the background yelling and telling her to get out. That's the big part to me is the proof they got a cell phone video. Then what do you do if there's video of you doing it? Well? The video is if the video of just yelling get out is different? But if the if the injuries are yeah, visible and provable, then you know that's ye.
I always struggle with like I well, yeah, there's no circumstance where it would even cross my mind to strike a woman or a woman I'm in a relationship with, you know, like I for me, like even like strike human, Yeah kind of. I mean, I'm like, I don't never want to fight you want, no, but fight me if you don't like that Frankie Valley song though, okay, but just to be alone in an apartment in this case, with a woman you have a relationship with and something
leads to you choking her, pushing her. I just I don't speak that language, I guess. And if it's true, this is all true, If this is all true, then he clearly is someone who at least speaks that language and resorts to that sort of you know behavior. If he's angry, well that's an NFL thing, dude, right, But you can't that's not fair to everyone in the NFL. But the NFL and UFC are the the two that deal with this though violent sports. these in their sports on a higher level than society. Yes, yes, because they are are teed up aggressive by nature. It doesn't it seem like there's more DVS and NFL and UFC than the other sports.
