It's a new drink that comes in five fruit flavors, zero calories, zero sugar, zero alcohol. It's hemp infused, made with three ingredients carbonated water, natural flavors, and five milligrams of hemp derived Delta eight t h C. Now, the FDA has worn consumers that Delta eight products have not been evaluated and that the substance
has psychoactive and intoxicating effects. Hey no, Now, the CEO of high Selter, which is a company out of Kentucky, they're in twenty three states and they got in Texas at Thanksgiving and they're finishing their role out this week. That's why this is in the news. And Spex is the only one that I know of that's picked them up. Their CEO, Lou Police, says that Spex is at least twelve months ahead of the game. He says that one twelve ounce can is the equivalent to the buzz of two glasses of
wine, and it metabolizes faster within seven or eight minutes. So it's like drinking two glasses of wine, but with no alcohol, no sugar, no weight gain, no dehydration, no no hangover, no headache. Is that right? And this is a market prediction Okay, not for me. Like expert people that non alcoholic delta THHC HEMP infused beverages like this are going to score about one billion dollars worth of revenue this year. They're predicting like six
billion and like three years this will be the next thing. This is the next thing. I've they've been. There's been this massive explosion of marketing from a particular company on Instagram lately, and the company is called Breeze. It's b r easy with the long line over the E and I read I watched
probably an ninety second to two minute clip of their pitch man. I think he was probably the CEO of the company, and it's kind of like Kevin described it that basically and this this one contains THC, what's the C and another non psychoactive ingredient, but it's all like natural natural flavors, no sugar, like five calories, and he describes it basically takes adds the social element of euphoria to a group setting at a bar if you don't want to do
alcohol. And he said that when you eat an edible, it typically takes up to an hour to metabolize and you start feeling the effects, and then those effects can last four hours. You've written the wave of those many times I know I have, and it can be a wild ride, depending on you know, oo oh and maybe I need to eat another one. Oh wait too much, call the ambulance. You know, we've all been there. What this does is, after like one, you feel that similar kind
of Okay, I feel a little looser in this social setting. You have another one, and it takes it up a little bit of a notch. I said. There are times that you can sit and have four or five or six of these things because you don't have to wait an hour for them to metabolize. You get the feeling within ten minutes and it only lasts for about forty five minutes to an hour, and then you might want to have another one. But you can go the whole night just kind of feeling a
little buzz. And it's not like an into the couch buzz, you know, indo couch. I guess it's not that kind of feeling where you still want to be social. It's probably like more of a sativa effect. But apparently this thing, you're going to have one hundred different brands of this. This is going to be the next alcoholic selser thing. And I just saw this over over the past week. Now, the thing is they ain't cheap.
And if you wanted to buy one of their products, and they do ship to Texas or I believe there's one state that they wouldn't ship to, and I think it's Idaho. But you can get these in Texas or ship to texts. You can get this expect that's right now. The only one the problem is a six pack of this stuff if you ordered it from them, this one, one particular Breeze company is forty dollars. I added that that's I don't know if that's true. I'm just telling you that this particular
brand, okay, Breeze. I ho don't see if Specs has Breeze Okay, because high Seltzer. They're ucking four packs and you can get a four pack for eleven bucks. So now can you look up I mean, I hate to do this to you on Breeze. Will you look up? What the is it? Delta eight THC. I don't think the Delta nine because this is a weird thing that we don't know anything about. Really, but this is what the Dallas Morning News article said. Ben, You're gonna ask,
how is this legal in Texas? Right? If it gets you high or gets you super buzzed. Well, here's what happened. In twenty eighteen. There was a federal farm bill and it allowed infused products for Delta nine THHC. But high Seltzer is Delta eight and it comes from hemp. So it's different for whatever reason than what the laws are. And an expert would have to tell us what the difference in Delta eight and Delta nine is, and it might be boring to hear the answer. The point is this is
legal and a great solution if it works. Now. I checked out some of the reviews as far as tasting, so a website that had it only had ninety three people review it so far. Seventy three percent were five star reviews. The rest were kind of mad. Many people were basically saying, look, it's not too sweet the which is maybe good for some people, maybe not good for others. The common thing was it is lacking a little bit of flavor. But they have on the SPEC's website little recipes you can
make, like how about a high seltzer dirty soda? You put a little bit of that in there. High Seltzer Cherry the brand right there. Maybe you put a little diet coke in there, Doctor Pepper put a little cherry in there for the garnish for you know it, You've got yourself a nice little cocktail. So this is interesting one, Texter. I've been drinking three of these Seltzers a day since Metzler's in Denton started carrying them last year.
Highly recommend. Also great for mixing with gin, which is another see little Twister roos. Yeah, he's going full Jordan Millis here. We're gonna get into some four loco situations here where this stuff just gets abused and they're just downing twelve of them at once, just to see how far you can take
it. So the Breeze brand, which you asked me to look up the ingredients on that it is listed, is just regular THC two point five milligrams of THC, five milligrams of CDB or CBD, and sixteen hundred milligrams of lions Maine. Now Lion's main. Lion's Main is derived from a certain type of mushroom, and I believe it helps helps alleviate certain types of anxiety and
depression. So you get that concoction altogether could be a fun night. And it's vegan, non GMO, gluten free, thirty calories kind of carbs we're looking at like, if there's only thirty calories, there's like none, none, probably one. Maybe are you really going to do this today? I'm doing it today, and you're gonna because you need to be stone cold sober and then knock down one or two of these and tell us exactly what's going
