So a big triple header of college basketball at the beautiful Dicky's Arena. You can get those by calling two one four or eight one seven seven,
eight seven one nine seven one. Right now, we'll take caller four and five. Now we get Sports at seven coming up in about thirty minutes, and we have a little hodgepodge of a lot of things, but I will feature it by saying, Jerry Jones has commented on the Cowboys playing in some international games and it's kind of interesting his thought process there. And big fight in the NBA last night after a game and it was the pettiest thing ever. We'll get to that in thirty minutes, but right now, let's
do this. Wake up your little sleepyhead. It's time to get your stupid ass out of bed to hear about the most important thing in the most important thing in Yeah, Kevin, and it's brought to you by us. Go ahead before we get to the most important thing in the world. Quick follow up from our previous segment on toddlers swearing, which is alarming but more importantly hilarious. A couple of a little bit of feedback from our text our text app here, which you can jump in on any time you want, simply
text two on four seven eight seven nine seven one. Talking about dudes having kids later in life. This guy says, my seventy year old father decided to have more kids later in life. I have nine year old half sisters. I'm forty. I'm doing the math here and going, yeah, that's basically the age difference in Malcolm to Josh. Yeah, yeah, a little less. I mean they're twenty eight years apart. This is thirty one years. I think it's probably not. It's like a normal thing. But I
bet it happens way more than you think. In casual conversation you make the joke. I don't know, but I bet it. I don't know if it has happening to anybody other than the Rolling Stones. They're all like eighty and have you know kids in first grade celebrities. One person says, I'm fifty three years old and I have four grandchildren. But that's so normal, man, Like back in the day when you would have get married and have kids when you were in your early twenties. Yeah, and then your kids
would have kids when they were in their early twenties. It was very common to see grandparents that were in their mid forties. Yeah, very normal. One texter says, if you've seen the video of the little girl building a snowman, it keeps falling over and she keeps saying, effing snowman. Another says, my daughter heard her grandpa and then she made the sorry sack of s song. I'm sorry, man, It's funny. Kids cussing is hilarious. It is. It's great, and I want more of it in my
life. Keep cussing toddlers, keep us entertained with the aftermath. Later, so thinking out, Oh, so there's a big concert announcement yesterday, I believe, and it's that the Food Fighters are coming to town in May. Now that's only a big deal for a couple of reasons. The Food Fighters don't play here every year. They tour all the time, but they don't play here. It seems that they play here like once every ten years or so, maybe maybe five to ten. I never seen them. I like
them. I'm not like those diehard food fighters, since I like food fighters, but I'm not like I've seen them once. I think I got drug there with Corby one time, and I believe it was at fair Park Music Hall, which is a great venue, so good in there. Yeah, I believe that's where I saw them. They were great, great live. Well, they'll be at do Seki's obviously in May, and that's where they're kicking off their their US tour and the tickets go on sale today ten o'clock.
That's the perfect venue for them. No. Yeah, they're coming to Dallas to play star Plex. That's where they play now too. It's just that's what they do. And then made of right when the concert season's kind of kicking off out there at Doski, So they got an announcement. It had me thinking about something in this article I saw the other day and kind of stowed away. We have our stats in for twenty twenty three year end
top tours. Okay, I got the top forty. I'm gonna do this in the form of fun just to add a little competition to the battle. Here's the top forty. If you get number one, you get forty points. If you get number forty, you get one point. Okay, you get reverse points. You get reverse points, all right, and you get three x'es and then we'll just start talking. Yeah, I had the most money in twenty twenty three, the most money. Auring say, Beyonce made
the most money? Correct? Number one, it was Beyonce. Beyonce. If I've earned seventy point five million dollars now, I think I'm gonna retire with forty points. I think they left Uh, I'm just gonna say, I think they left Taylor off of this because her tour is technically still going, like she's not playing now, but she has more dates. So I think they left her off of this, But because otherwise she would have been
up there too, right behind Beyonce. How did Metallica do? Oh, they came to town and they were fourteenth, right, They did one hundred and twenty five point eight million dollars and they only played nineteen shows. Boy, that's about That's about where you want to be. I would imagine if you're their age and you're playing twenty shows a year, Yes, year, I guess this don't play every year either. Nineteen shows and those guys are
making millions. That's the that's the crazy thing. Beyonce played fifty five shows and what did she gross? Five hundred, five hundred and seventy million dollars. She was number one? Do you hear that? Number one grossing tour? I just heard Beyonce? What happened? She was the number one grossing tour of twenty twenty three? Oh yeah, I knew that. Guess who guessed it? Yeah? Boy, come on now he did, he guessed
it. He's the Beyonce King top ten of all time tour. Uh. And Taylor's not on it because of some technicality that her tour is still going on. And I guess Metallica at number fourteen. And okay, dude, Dave Matthews generates a ton of money on tour number thirty fifty five shows and yeah, sixty seven million dollars of your rounding up? Okay, So yeah, they live in the world of amphitheaters mainly a few arenas, but you know them, and bands like you know, Fish keep places like the Gorge
open. You know. Yeah, I'm trying to think of other Oh man, how about the U two thing out at the in Las Vegas? Does that what that caulend is a tour? I don't have you two on here, and I think it's probably because they're probably still figuring all of that. It's more of a residency than Yeah that's true. Yeah, yeah, but I know those tickets aren't cheap. I'm trying to think of who came through and did big shows, big stadium shows. Bad Bunny, Bad Bunny is
a number. He is up there, elsa here. Bad Bunny's number twenty eight. He did eighteen shows and he did sixty eight million dollars eight How much was it? Uh, sixty eight million dollars he did eighteen shows. So but he got sixty eight million dollars for eighteen shows. Meanwhile, Dave Matthews band did about that same amount of money in fifty five shows, which
kind of what it is. But the weekend, but he will the weekend, Yes, weekend number eight thirty five shows, nearly two hundred million dollars. I bet no, I bet number two is not even close to Beyonce either. Uh yeah, there's a two hundred and thirty million. It would be about half of what of what she made the number two and it's by a very popular band. I don't think they came through here last year. It was two years ago. They came through here though. They played.
When they came through here, they played the Cotton Bowl. Oh my god? Uh who Jonas brothers? Nope? Who would that be? Maroon five? Nope? Cotton Bold Uh. Jonah's brothers played for the Rangers play and Moroon five plays? Do sekis usually when they come through Rolling Stones didn't tour Stones way younger. What genre? Oh, poppy poppy rock pop, britt pop rock, britt pop rock. Oh Harry, no, he was three though there's number three. A lot of shows? How many do yeah?
He was well. He did a mini residency thing too. He didn't do tour dates specifically, he did what in the US. He did four shows in New York, four shows in Austin, four shows in Chicago. But that was and that was actually after the tour, because this tour was last year. Yeah, and so then I think he came around his dad a couple of he did the long weekends. He was number two Cold Play? Oh wow, I forgot. They came through and they played they lived in
Europe a lot too, though they weren't. Yes, that's right, they were at the Cotton Bowl. Okay, yeah that was two years ago, so like, yeah, okay, oh man, I'm not even thinking country music. He was this year actually put out that album that everyone bought apparently everything. I don't know a person that listens to Morgan Wallen, I guess, but I'm sure I guess. I do say something bad about him and you'll hear from him. Yeah, I know, And look, I ain't
nothing. I just don't. I just hadn't. It didn't come across my come across my feed, as they don't listen to country. Every two or three years, you'll have the guy that emerges from Nashville that wins the country music lottery. You know, he gets the right team of songwriters behind him, the right label push, the right marketing and and the right radio promotion.
Yeah right, press the article comes out about him. Yeah, dropping in bomb after you get dropped off by Ruber at home and have somebody catch that on the ring camera and then you sail off, yes, and then just watch the watch the stacks roll in man crazy Lizo on that list. Lizzo was on the list, but way down there. Thirty six should forty nine shows know he's sixty million dollars. Number five was Ed Sheeran, Yes, man, I don't get it either though. You just hate the tiny
guitar, that's all. But no, I don't get Ed Sheer in the same way I don't get Morgan Walling. I don't know what's good about it, any of it. He's very talented, is he really is? I'm I mean, all these people are very talented, and he's admired among his peers. Goes back to bath but I'm sitting here going get to edge your concert. He sat under a tree and played a lilting Irish and that's stilling
out there to their death. There are people who want to see a guy play a small guitar underneath the tree, and fill at and T Stadium to see that dressed as a Knight. Things that don't get. I don't get you when it kept going Danny six Pink. She's playing a big tour and her dates got canceled because she's sick or something. She must have an enormous fan base, because I don't do She's touring with Brandy Carlisle, so does she do stuff still, like as far as making records that are hits and
on the radio. No, but she's a artist. I know that. I think that's it. Remember when she came out or emerged on the scene that was that seems like that was like ten fifteen years ago, and she's still try twenty No, not twenty dude, I think so. Really, Pink was I want to say two thousand. What I'm saying is her heyday as far as popularity in you know, to to pop culture. It was a long time ago and she's and she's still making that kind of bank touring.
That's that says a lot about her connection with her audience. That's a really good, pretty well uh curated fan base. Yeah, she's a very good performer. She does the aquaback thing, Yeah, big strings I heard. She's a lot of fun. Because of the fearing that she's gonna plunge. You get the feeling that she could fall to her death, and that makes for That's why people watch bull riding, That's why people listen to the show. At any point, any one of these guys is going to crash.
And but she is true, it does feel like she's one of those artists that Okay, what is a hit song? Made a hit song? Off the top of your head, I can run as fast exactly, like raise your glass. It's the only one that comes to mind for me other than that. How does that go? So raise the glass if you are or something like that. Yeah, and then the right wait, yeah that goes. I've heard that one. Yeah, that one, I got it now. That's that's that's that's that's only one that comes to mind with her.
And there's another one I think she does. Ye know that was with like four of the people. Yeah, I think of that as more of a Christina Aguilar. H oh. I got one thing. Didn't Elton John come through this year? It is number seven? Okay? I knew that he had a big one pink game party started. Yeah, she's out, so you better get that party. So yeah that's ojab I forget that. Uh okay, okay, So Elton, sir, Elton is number seven? Seven, number eight is the weekend number nine depeche Mode. Yeah, dang
Airline Center. How many shows did they do? Forty seven? They must have been charging a lot one hundred and seventy five million dollars. Damn, that's good. Good for them, Number ten, Black Pinky Huge, number eleven, another huge one, Carol G. She played nineteen shows and got one hundred and forty five million dollars. Carol G. Drake, I ain't
no her uh Drake twelve Luke Comb's thirteen. I think another example that could be wrong here because I remember back when I worked on the Minskin Show, like in twenty twenty, he was hosting Sara at Live and Christina was like, oh, that's good, he's good. Like Christina knew. Christina had a little bit of time where she worked on country music radio, so she was probably more aware, just like we would all be if we worked in country USIC radio. We would know these names. Yeah, we'll better.
We did The Dead and Company at fifteen. There you go. How many shows a lot? Twenty eight? Okay, that's not many, not too many? Sixteen post malone sixty one shows? How many post mollim plates plate sixty one sixty one shows? Okay? And he didn't even make the top ten. One hundred and ten million dollars. He made a lot of money off of his post cups at Caine's Chicken Fingers. Yeah, there's a line down the street for those Danny eleven shows for this hardest number seventeen eleven,
and it's country, Is it Garth? No, the other one you're talking about? Okay, If Garth's the king of country as we know, we all know it. Everyone knows it that Garth Brooks is the king of country. Is George the Prince of country? George straight? Yep, the Prince? Welly, that'll get the text messages fire up every time Garth and George somehow yeah, uh guns n' roses blink on two and then muse that's kind of your interesting things. Those is interesting your tours and number thirty nine only
playing five shows and made fifty six million dollars. Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks. Wow, what in the world did they pay fifty six million dollars for five eleven million dollars a show that was here? They played here, didn't they. I think he got I think he got moved. Didn't it get do it like a COVID thing or something? Nothing they do. I think they got sick. Huh. I think they had to cancel or something. But eleven million dollars a show that's ridden, that's like a five hundred dollars
ticket, man, that's stupid. Super Birthdays real quick. The sport's coming up in ten today. Okay. She took a lot of heat during COVID because a video went viral of her going but people are gonna die. Vanessa hudgens Old thirty five. She's your age, she's my age, and I think she's available. No, she just got married. Damn it to who some guy? This girl's beautiful. He's gorgeous. She is is. I don't think it would work between you two. I don't think it would either.
Number one, you're engaged. Number two, she's married. You're engaged to someone who's not crazy. You have something in common, you know. Well, I have to see the fellow first. But throw him into the mix. We'll see what happens. That's one vote. They could be three against one and obviously nothing happens. Okay, David, that's Huges gorgeous. But also also that voice. I don't know. People aren't gonna die. She was wronged though, because she was actually right. People were going to
this. You can't say it out loud. We know, just did the whole thing. Like, I shouldn't be streaming this. I should link this, but I'm just gonna say it. Good friend of mine and the current queen of Fort Worth country music, Summerdine texts in and she says, I played over one hundred and fifty shows this year and I'm probably in the red. Oh no, summer, Ah, do you know, Summer. She's
awesome. I'm gonna look look her up and listen to her music. Yeah, it's old school, like if you are into the way it was done in the seventies, Loretta Lynne style. She's perfect. Actually, you know her if you saw yeah, I think so. Okay. She played with Joshua a couple of years ago. Maybe think that's right. Yeah, she's done a lot of collabed stuff with with pretty noted country dudes. Yeah.
She's awesome, man, a tough one. Got a teaching job like a number of years back, like she was, you know, dabbled and committed full time to this and her career. It's been I sent her a text a couple of weeks ago, just like, dude, I cannot believe how proud I am of you for, you know what, not only taking the chances that you've taken, but how far you've gone, you know, Like she I fully see in the next couple of years she's going to actually blow
up and people are she's gonna be a household name. Oh yeah, she's incredible. All right, Summer, keep grinding. I want to sing with you, Summer, and thank you for listening. What are you doing listening? Now? Going to the gym. It's got to stay in shape for all those tour dates. Bro one hundred and fifty. Yeah right, God, if I can't holding a guitar for an hour, my back, just in my living room, in my back would be like, ah, too much. That's why Ed Sharon plays the tiny guitar. Yeah smart, he's
smart. Thuy Traying would have been fifty Danny. That is the Yellow Power Ranger. Treeny, she was the saber Tooth Tiger. She passed away accident. I believe it was a car accident, but I'm not one hundred percent sure. The Little house quitting from yesterday's show, Frank whitecheck I said I didn't know his cause of death former Titans tight end at the edge of it two. Yeah, he hit his head on what he fell and hit his head. I don't know that on the toilet. More on that in Sports
at seven I'll find out offset is thirty two. Do you know the rap group that offset is in? I don't, well it was in. Well maybe they're still lappening. That's Migos. Oh coolgos. So you love eggs, especially with the little tortilla strips and the cheese tortilla strips. Make everything better, right, throw them on a salad just to see, just to see, not too much because you're trying to not have those carbs. But y habit, it's corn, it's not flower. That's good. Yeah,

This is the Cliff Williams bass tutorial. Do do do do do Do Do do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do doing the job. Doude do do do do do do do do do doo. Yep. Oh that's where that came from, and everybody comes and comes again. You listen to that on the way to school. You never knew, You never knew. Sometimes sometimes it'd be something else. Leland Chapman forty seven. Leland Chapman, forty seven. He is dogged the bounty hunter. Oh really, his name is Leland. Didn't he have shot stuff? Was shocking? Huh?
He did? May not though, but he did. Uh, And No stre Damas would have been like five hundred and twenty, who would have predicted that. I'm gonna ahead and tell you, No stra Damas didn't know that much. He's gotten a couple predictions right, just like we all do, like, oh, this guy's about to hit on home run. We do it. We can all slap a bunch of nonsense against a wall and in five hundred years maybe a couple of them come true and then we're legends.
It's sickening that he got to be famous for just getting a couple things right. Screw No stra Damas, but also rest in peace coming up next. Jerry Jones has commented on something involving the Cowboys playing home games not at at and T Stadium, and a bit of a petty fight and over a game ball in the NBA. Next on the Freak
