arrive. Which my attitude on that jockeying for position, is it all for it gets here? Do you think it's all? Do they really know something we don't or is it all just kind of hedge moves. like we're never going to get this until these old heads are done. What are their platforms on going against legalizing, you know, full fully decriminalizing weed and bringing in gambling? Is do they do? They fall back on the morality slash religious cushion, Yes to kind of. It's that bolster their beliefs or that's what they say. But are they representing their voters? Massive money coming from Oklahoma, Okay, yeah, the first place is up and run
it. I just don't understand that because money is the driving force behind everything, why wouldn't they want that. Number one, yes, it brings in a windfall of capital for your state. But number two, it opens up myriad avenues for for corruption, for you and your cronies on all sides. To get a taste it does. I feel. You can't tell me that the lottery, the Texas Lottery, is one incorruptible. No, it's I
think the fear of the unknown. Like the system right now is good, a lot of money comes in to keep things at the status quo and the fear of the unknown, of who the power shifts to if gambling is legalized here, and all these sharks have swum into Texas and they're all just circling. They're all hungry, they're all looking to eat the politicians. I don't think know exactly how it's going to play out if and when that happens. So they say no, Gambic's a moral and then people vote, you know,
vote in that direction because of that. All I'm saying is it just, yeah, there's there's a certain element of this that doesn't it doesn't make sense because money drives everything, and anytime that they use the reason that they don't want gambling and you know, legal legalized marijuana in this state, and they base it on well, that's not what our values represent BS. It's the it's it's people in the Bible to manipulate, which is a whole different
conversation. There's nothing moral about being a politician. No politicians are. We all know that. Though you know that's all fine. I also think I would ask like, is there like a specific plan for Luca if we do have a nagging quad strain and that that you know that's just takes time and rest to go away. I believe like is there a plan there? Because I mean, they're not load managing him. He has a bad quad, He's hurt and you can see it, but he plays through it a lot.
And I would like to get more details on what the plan is for that, because you can survive a little bit with Kyrie, especially if Derek Lively's back, you can kind of get through the woods if you needed Luca to take a week off.
