Olturner. We talked masters early this morning. The Masters begins tomorrow, Augusta National Golf Club, and we're gonna put together a doozy of a bet. It's it's convoluted, if probably too much. It's one that we may have, we may we may start this and it just make it confusing. I don't know what's gonna happen, but we want to make it more fun than ever before. We'll get to that in just a minute. The headlines that you need to know for the Masters, which begin tomorrow in Augusta, Georgia.
Weather is a concern. There's nothing worse than being so pumped for the f and Masters to start. And it's and especially to us, this job is my first morning drive Masters. Yeah, first time where it's like I get here and it's go time. Our heroes are on the course. There's nothing worse than tomorrow morning if we get here and they start coverage and there's nothing but rain. And that is the morning forecast for tomorrow and Augusta is
rain galore. We're full, Ricky Martined up over here, Aye ready to go, and they're gonna give us what's become known as s Butt City. Might be s but city. Now it looks like it'll just last Thursday first half of the day. I do expect them. Hey, as we know, we were sure that we're gonna have nothing of a cloud cover for this
damn eclipse, and the clouds broke. Even twenty four hour forecasts are not necessarily accurate, so it might just drizzle, Maybe they get lucky, maybe there's no interruption in play, But all signs do point to either a delay in the beginning of the tournament tomorrow or sporadic play throughout. But after that, it's gonna be cool. It's gonna be good. But yeah, a good weekn finish fine, Yeah, it's gonna be good. Fight through the early days of this. Yeah, So we figure, as we're wont to
do, we would place some sort of wager' on it. So this would be your twenty twenty four Masters gambling bet party. Here's the rules. We're picking seven golfers each okay. They each have to fit one of seven different categories, and when you pick, you must declare which spot you're filling. These seven categories are a PGA Tour member, oh easy, A live golf member okay, a Texan oh someone's known either as a golfer from Texas or
that famously lives in Texas. Now an international anyone not from the United States, Canadians count Corey Connors, counts a former champion, a long shot, someone who's one hundred to one, and then a wildcard can be absolutely anyone. Seven golfers for each of us. You have to fill those seven slots. So we can't just go in in order of odds. We do have a shot in front of us. With the odds and with the categories that
those golfers fall into. If they're a former champion, should say that next to it, PGA Live, whatever it is Texan and we'll go off of the payment they get for whatever place they get. Yep. And if you miss the cut and golf, if you miss the cut, you get nothing, right, zero moneys. Really you're in a hole because you had to fly out there. So zero dollars if you miss the cut. If you make it, if you're in first place, whatever the thing is made from
the safety pin? Yeah, yeah, is these live guys? You're like, what's the deal with this purse? Someone did say that four hundred dollars in eighteen seventy five that the man who admitted the safety pin got paid would be the equivalent of eleven thousand dollars today. are we playing for Kevin? We've determined after a long discussion that this will involve food and it will involve feet. For whatever reason, you retweet somebody's existing tweet that is a local celebrity.
Yeah, and then it's a tweet of you, whether it's a short video or stin image of you, and your foot is covered in foodt be covered in food, barefoot and food. As a simple reply to a celebrities tweet, I think one needs to be your foot being dipped into some mashed potatoes. You don't get to determine that. I think one of them has to be. You can do whatever you want, so imagine that feet and food. Because we did have a lot of success with Kevin's lost bet,
