St. Augustine said, "It was pride that changed angels into devils; it is humility that makes men as angels." As leaders, we know that pride is a danger we must all be on guard against.
In this podcast episode, I share with you four ways in which pride will hurt your leadership. Some of them are quite obvious while others may be more subtle. The bottom-line is - we must be on our guard against pride if we want to last as a leader.
