In leadership, finding common ground with your people is important. Maintaining it is essential - you must protect it. But why is it so hard to come by?
In this podcast, I will share three reasons why finding common ground eludes organizations. They must be identified and must be dealt with.
I will also share three ways in which you can begin to find common ground and then build upon it. When you find common ground it can change the dynamics of your organization. Once you find it you need to do everything to protect and keep it.
